We work hard to earn your trust and respect, and we need to be compensated for custom services as a result.  If you are not happy for any reason, contact us at info@dreamcatchercareers.com, call us at 718.687.6075, or write to us at the snail mail address below and we will make it right.

Pre-written Electronic Media Products.

If after purchase you decide the materials are not for you, Dreamcatcher Careers LLC will refund your money.  To seek a refund, simply email us within fourteen (14) calendar days of purchase with your receipt.  It would be helpful if you explain why the materials do not meet your needs.

In turn, you agree to delete the material from your devices and from any other cloud storage.

Custom Work/Writing/Projects.

We cannot offer full refunds for custom projects of any size.

Short Projects.

For short projects, like resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles, we have different refund tiers depending on the stage of work.

If work has not begun — meaning that we have planned the project and reserved time for its execution but not yet begun to execute it — we will return 50% of your payment. There are costs associated with planning and scheduling work to the exclusion of other work for which we must receive compensation.

If execution has begun, then there are no refunds.  We have already committed resources to the project that cannot be recouped or easily diverted.

Long Projects for Which You Pay a Down Payment.

For long projects, like web pages, custom writing of longer pieces, business emails, branding packages, etc., Dreamcatcher Careers LLC requires a deposit or may institute a payment plan.  If you cancel at any time, you forfeit what you have already paid but are not responsible for further payment.  

Very Large Projects such as Coaching or Engagements.

For very large projects, whether with an hourly pay rate, an engagement fee, or a schedule of payments, a separate contract or statement of work will govern refunds, notwithstanding the forgoing.
